Having heard so much about shadow of the Colossus, I was prudently excited when I saw it appear on PlayStation as part of my PSN Plus subscription. unfortunately, while it started looking very promising, the tediousness of the eighth and ninth colossi proved too much for me to bear. I have not experienced this kind of frustration toward a game since I played The Last Guardian about two years ago. As it turns out, a quick Google search revealed that these two games have one thing in common: they were made by the same developer.they were made by the same developer.

Now that I know this, I do recognize similarities in game plays, bad controls, and a standard redefining horrible camera. While this game has received critical the claim, I cannot in good conscience recommend it. I suppose it is one of those artsy types of games that please review, but in reality feature terrible gameplay.
